Delivery policy

How you receive it

Byditors Studio is delivered digitally. There's no physical product and no shipping charge.

• As soon as your order is confirmed (or your free key is issued), your licence key appears on screen, along with a download link for the software, a .zip file of about 51 MB.
• When email delivery is switched on, we also email the key and the download link to the address you gave us.

Delivery is immediate. The installer then downloads further parts it needs during setup (about 12 GB of space in total), which usually takes around 20 minutes depending on your connection.

If something goes wrong

If you paid but didn't see your key, or the download doesn't work, email byditorswork@gmail.com with your payment ID. We'll send your key and a working link within 24 hours. If we can't, you're covered by the refund policy.
