Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Byditors (“we”, “us”), the business that runs byditorsstudio.shop and sells Byditors Studio. By using this website, getting a licence key or buying a licence, you agree to them. The software itself is covered by the licence agreement, which you accept when you install it.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and be able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. If you buy for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.

What you're getting

Byditors Studio is downloadable software that works with the Claude desktop app on your own computer. A licence lets you install and use it on a set number of computers: 2 for a Solo licence and 5 for a Team licence. Nothing physical is shipped. See the delivery policy.

The software needs things we don't provide: a compatible Windows or Mac computer, the Claude desktop app with your own paid Claude plan, and internet access for setup and licence checks. Please check the requirements on the home page before you buy.

Free testing licences

While we test the studio, we may give out licence keys at no cost. Free keys work like paid keys and follow the same licence agreement. They're meant for testing: we may change or end them, and before paid licences open we'll email free key holders to explain what happens next. We may limit how many free keys one person or connection can get.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. When paid licences open, the Solo licence is ₹7,999 and the Team licence is ₹17,999, as one payment, unless the checkout shows a different price at the time you pay. The price at checkout is the one that applies. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details; Razorpay handles them under its own terms and privacy policy. Your order is complete when Razorpay confirms the payment and your licence key is shown to you.

Your licence key

Your key is personal to you or your business. Keep it private. Sharing, selling or publishing it breaks the licence agreement, and we may deactivate shared keys without a refund.

Refunds

Refunds follow our refunds and cancellations policy.

Using this website

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it, get keys you're not entitled to, or get around limits we set. The text, design, videos and graphics on this site belong to Byditors and may not be copied without permission.

Other companies' services

Byditors Studio works with Claude, made by Anthropic, and can connect to optional services such as ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Pexels and Pixabay. Those services belong to other companies, run under their own terms and prices, and can change. Byditors is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Liability

We work hard to keep the site and the software reliable, but we provide them “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to this site or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid us, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or missed deadlines. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to purchases made after they're published.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we can't settle a dispute by talking it through, it will be handled by the courts in India that have jurisdiction where Byditors carries on business.
